Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing or using Driving Test Routes (the “App”) or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Driving Test Routes provides maps and information about routes commonly used around driving test centres in the UK, US and other countries. Routes are provided for practice and educational purposes only. Examiners may use different roads on the day, and we do not guarantee that any route shown will be used in your test.

You are solely responsible for driving safely and lawfully at all times. In particular, you agree to:

• Only drive when legally permitted, with any required supervising driver, insurance and L-plates.
• Never handle your phone while driving. Mount it securely or have a passenger operate it.
• Always obey road signs, signals, speed limits and instructions from police or officials over the App.
• Not rely on the App as a substitute for professional driving instruction.

Road layouts, speed limits and restrictions change. While we work to keep information current, the App may contain errors or out-of-date data. If what you see on the road differs from the App, the road always takes priority.

Some features may require a purchase or subscription made through the Apple App Store. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

The App, its route data, design and content are owned by Driving Test Routes or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute any part of the App without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driving Test Routes is not liable for any accident, injury, fine, failed test or other loss arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may suspend or end your access to the App if you breach these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
